SalaryCSCS Carded Skilled Labourer required on a residential new build site in Warton PR3 area.
Rate of pay : GBP15.00ph
Duration: LONG TERM - ONGOING ( 4 months +)
Immediate start for the right candidate
Following an internal snagging list and rectifying small basic defect on site.
Pre-plasters, painting touch-up, corking/filling in, mastic work etc
Basic handheld tools would be required.
Must have full PPE.
Successful candidate needs to have previous experience on residential new build site and be able to provide relevant references.
