Duties:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Performing tasks including measuring, cutting, and fitting roofing materials
- Conducting inspections to identify roof damage and leaks
- Ensuring roofs are watertight and meet safety standards
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhering to building codes and regulations related to roofing

Skills:
- Proficiency in roofing techniques and practices
- Experience with both hand tools and power tools used in roofing projects
- Knowledge of carpentry principles for roof construction
- Familiarity with masonry work for roof support structures
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints related to roofing projects
- Capability for heavy lifting when handling roofing materials
- Understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to roof drainage
