Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS systems and lead generation, with a focus on relationship management and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing expert advice on educational opportunities in the UK and other countries.
Assist students with the application process, including institution selection, application submission, and visa application support.
Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their recruitment needs and match them with suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and consultations to evaluate students' academic and professional backgrounds, career goals, and potential.
Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other recruitment events to promote the agency’s services and attract new students.
Stay up-to-date with educational institutions' programmes, and visa regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and goals set by the agency.

Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Taleo
- Strong communication skills for effective candidate and client interactions
- Ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes

Pay: £28,036.00-£32,189.00 per year
