- Maintaining and reporting accurate budget vs actual position (future)
- Co-ordinate business to review data from numerous sources to create Post Implementation reviews for new launches and channel changes.
- Drives root cause analysis and process improvement to eliminate issues causing customer dissatisfaction.
- Leads Continuous Improvement projects aiming to enhance end Customer Experience
Qualifications
- Experience working with a digital business and ideally in a Go To Market or Project Management function (start up preferable).
- Experience in Agile project management delivery frameworks and a track record of continuous improvement.
- Experience in large complex project delivery where a complex technical or business outcome was met.
- Inspire a culture to drive others to continuously evaluate and embed change across SMARTY
- Ability to develop, coach and motivate cross functional teams across internal and external (sometimes virtual) partners.
- Evidence of leadership and people skills, with experience of managing diverse initiatives (legal, commercial, customer experience
