SMS Procedure Writer

Benefits:

• 40 hour working week.
• Monday to Friday pattern with weekends off.
• Hybrid working with some flexibility for working from home.
• Minimum 3 days per week site time required.

Role Context:

Position exists to create SHE-MS documents for management of SHE-risk within the PMO agreement for the Woodsmith Mine Project.

You'll be:

• Document creation for new documents.
• Reviewing, edit and update existing documents.
• Working closely with construction project employees in creating task-level procedures.
• Engaging Management and Supervisor stakeholders as document custodians and document reviewers.
• Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on the document creation process.
• Uploading and manage completed documents.

You'll have:

• An experience as HSE Professional with a background of front-line improvement initiatives using Tool-box talks, Behaviour-based Safety, JHA/JSA, Step back 5x5 (or similar) and understand the role of task-level Procedures.
• A full understanding of, and expertise in using the Hazard & Risk Management Process.
• Mandatory knowledge what good looks like in the SHE Management System space.
• A sound knowledge of good writing skills using standard IT packages.
• Minimum NEBOSH Diploma.
• Degree level in HSE .
