The Opportunity:

Reporting into our Senior Brand and Communications Manager, we are hiring an experienced Social and Digital Marketing Specialist who will work closely to support the strategic goals of the Marketing department, offering support in the overall evaluation and effectiveness of social media and Digital Marketing.

This role has significant scope for development and working alongside various stakeholders across our business, you will help strengthen our Company’s brand in line with our vision and societal purpose, as we continue to grow internationally.

This is a dynamic and influential position that requires a degree of strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to help embed the right tools and frameworks, maximising user experience and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

Social media

  • Support the implementation of our new social platform and use existing content to develop and engage target audiences (across Linkedin, X and YouTube), providing essential insights on reporting and analytics
  • Research & build a content calendar, maximising effectiveness across all platforms including Linkedin, X, YouTube and other third party placements
  • Conduct social listening, monitoring trends and market activity, using this insight to actively grow our brand narrative
  • Align suitable content creation including photography / videography including basic editing
  • Optimise paid advertising to support organic brand growth
  • Provide recruitment marketing support

Media management

  • Conduct proactive monitoring of targeted media for commentary and feature opportunities
  • Monitor media coverage

Website content

  • Manage website updates including posting regular content
  • Optimise SEO
  • Manage and report on effectiveness using Google Analytics, making recommendations for improvement

Campaign support

  • Manage multiple digital channels used to facilitate all elements of our integrated campaigns
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting data insights in a clear and concise way
  • Support the smooth running and operation of webinars
  • Work with our CRM specialist to track lead development and onwards nurture

Other

  • Provide general marketing administration tasks to support the wider team
  • Conduct wider market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Digital Marketing landscape
  • Support the production and distribution of Digital Marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output

Your Experience


Essential

  • Strong track record of owning and developing social media channels, using integrated platforms and managing paid social where required
  • Experience in media management and analysing data to make informed decisions
  • Business to business communications and Digital campaigns experience
  • Excellent project management
  • Proficient in scoping messages using core content materials, utilising editing skills where required - video, Canva
  • A thorough understanding of the full marketing communications mix and how different channels can be used to influence an audience, ideally with a marketing qualification
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing platforms and CRM systems (Pipedrive)
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in the technology industry
  • Ability to operate with agility and be comfortable working with our Senior Brand and Comms Manager to evolve implementation of our Marketing strategy
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
