Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer to join a Midlands based Local Authority on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer to join an established and friendly legal services team on a full-time basis.

Day to day responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to;

• Recovery of Social Care Debts
• Recovering money from estates
• Picking up a busy caseload

Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a predominantly remote basis, however hybrid working is preferred

Specific care act experience is desired and local authority experience would be a benefit.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
