OVERVIEW:
• As an experienced Social Care Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of non-litigated and litigated claims including failure to monitor, take into care, failure to remove, abuse in foster placement, failure to protect, negligent removal and abuse by teachers in schools.
• The appointed Social Care Solicitor will be between 1-3 years’ PQE and possess strong Social Care background and experience.
• You will be set financial and chargeable targets, which you will be expected to achieve, together with ensuring relevant deadlines, quality measures and KPI’s are adhered to.
• You will be able to organise your caseload effectively, working and adhering to deadlines and targets.
• Excellent collaborative and team working skills are essential together with excellent communication and IT skills.
