Salary1x12 month fixed post and 1x permanent post for Social Care Worker to work in Carlisle Long Term Interventions Social Work team. Closing date for applications 29th February 2024. Opportunity to work as part of long term interventions team supporting individuals in relation to assessing care needs and planning support in a wide variety of settings. Working with Multi- Agency colleagues to achieve strengths based, person centred outcomes for individuals.
