SThree are delighted to announce that we're looking for a talented Social Impact Manager to join our wonderful team! The chosen candidate will work on a hybrid pattern to support the implementation of the global Purpose and Inclusion Strategy at SThree by delivering purpose aligned Social Impact initiatives, delivering client collaborations, and managing internal communities across the business to deliver performance targets.

What are the day-to-day tasks?

Devise plans for SThree's internal communities that will drive engagement, support retention and contribute to making SThree a great place to work. Internal communities include employees who volunteer to be ESG Ambassadors, DEI Advocates and Employee Resource Group Leads. Work closely with internal communities to build a regional plan of activities that contribute to business strategy and support the realisation of Build an engagement plan for internal communities to ensure they are supported and equipped to carry out their role; including learning opportunities, meetings, regular communications and recognition. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including HR, Learning & Organisational Development and Sales to support the success of internal communities. Ensure all internal communities are reporting activities correctly and timely using the standardised process. Design, implement and manage Purpose & Inclusion processes, data collection and data reporting. Ensure Social Impact data is captured and reported accurately and within deadlines by all data providers. Grow the impact of our programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver social and business outcomes that; diversify the STEM talent pipeline to meet the needs of clients; reduce the cost of candidate acquisition; address social inequalities and breakdown barriers into work. Grow SThree's Elevate Careers programme regionally, collaborating with sales colleagues to support business development through client partnership opportunities. Work with internal stakeholders to build candidate journeys for Elevate Careers participants. Work alongside charity partners to plan activities, run initiatives and ensure agreed projects and targets are achieved. Project manage SThree's Social Impact activities including fundraising, volunteering and charity partnerships. Grow client engagement with Purpose & Inclusion opportunities that will support business growth and increase SThree's client base. Develop training and up skill colleagues on how to utilise purpose and inclusion outcomes to engage with clients. What skills and knowledge are we looking for?

At least 2- 3 years' experience in a coordinator or project role within either a business or third sector organisation. A proven track record in delivering projects/programmes to achieve agreed KPIs. Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion and/or Social Impact, with a clear understanding of outcome driven action and change. Experience of delivering data processes and reporting to a high standard. Experience of organising events, fundraising or volunteering activities.
