Role Overview:

As a Senior Social Media Account Manager, you'll be managing clients and events from start to finish. You will take the lead on creative projects and make sure they are delivered on time. You will also have a knack for reporting and analysing - we need the content you create makes clients go viral! G

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Campaign Management: briefing calls with clients to understand what they want to achieve. Staying up to date with TikTok and Meta trends. Create content plans, then present them back to clients. Execute the content and liaise with other creators. Make sure captions and posts all have a viral potential. Getting approval/ feedback from the clients and ensuring it is relayed throughout the team,
• Content Strategy and Creation: research Social Media to develop compelling Social Media content that aligns with clients' brand identities and resonates with their target audiences.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and professional relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction.
• Assessment and Project Delivery: Successfully manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and meeting all project objectives and deadlines.
• Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilise analytical tools to monitor and assess campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and report progress to clients.
• Team Development: Mentor and support our digital marketing teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence and encouraging collaborative efforts.
• Crisis Management: Handle any potential challenges or negative feedback on Social Media platforms professionally, employing effective crisis communication strategies.
• Budget Allocation: Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize campaign performance while adhering to clients' financial goals.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate Social Media efforts seamlessly with broader marketing strategies, ensuring consistent and cohesive brand messaging.

Key Skills & Experience Needed:

• 3-5 years proven experience in Social Media management and successful campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of various Social Media platforms and their algorithms, particularly TikTok, META and LinkedIn.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using Social Media analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear understanding and experience of paid social
• Bold, creative, and innovative mindset, combined with a professional approach.
• Previous Agency experience is a must
