Senior Social Media Manager- Birmingham/Hybrid - £33,000 - £40,000

I am working with an exciting and growing marketing agency, looking to bring in an experienced Senior Social Media Manager.

This is an opportunity to join a really enthusiastic company, where the Managing Director leads from the front and is super energetic, passionate and full of support.
You will get the opportunity to come in and work with a range of clients, giving you plenty of variety and keeping you on your toes.

You will play a key role in leading on client projects and strategies, looking to increase their online presence. In this role you will get plenty of variety, being able to work closely with Managers with the initial ideation as well as being hands-on and getting stuck into the creative side of work as well.

What you'll do as a Senior Social Media Manager:

• Plan and implement Social Media campaigns for clients
• Use data insights to optimise campaigns to push engagement and drive results
• Create and maintain strong client relationships, supporting their needs and acting as the primary point of contact
• Create Social Media content to align with their clients' branding
• Manage projects from ideation through to delivery, with the ability to implement crisis management for any negative feedback on social platforms
• Mentor and support colleagues
• Successfully handle a variety of budgets, maximising performance and return for clients

What you'll bring as a Senior Social Media Manager:

• 3-5 years agency experience in a similar role
• Experience with various Social Media platforms, including TikTok, META and LinkedIn
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
