As the Social Media and Community Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s presence across Social Media and within the local community. This is an exciting role for someone with a keen business development mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships in the local community based in Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville, and Havant.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
- Ensure digital content is engaging and consistent across Social Media platforms.
- Utilise data to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Define marketing plans and digital media strategies in line with Home Instead brand guidelines, with the goal of reflecting our mission, vision, and values.
- Use knowledge of market and competitors to develop the brand’s unique selling point and differentiators.
