Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Social Mediaand Digital Marketing Apprentice with Absolute Interpreting, a UK-based language service provider based in Birmingham.

Are you a creative and talented individual with a passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing? Do you have excellent written skills and a knack for marketing strategies? Absolute Interpreting and Translations Ltd is seeking an exceptional Social Mediaand Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Develop and execute engaging Social Media campaigns across various platforms.
• Create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor Social Media metrics, analyse data, and provide insights for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement Digital Marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing website content and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Contribute to the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and blog posts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging Digital Marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Minimum of 6 months of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, content creation, and community management.
• Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative ideas
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and Social Media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to Digital Marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
