Nail Order is a business-to-business company that provides products made under our own brand to other nail and beauty professionals. We have grown quickly and have big plans for the future.
We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media executive to join our marketing team at Nail Order. As a rapidly growing company, we are searching for an individual with the drive to contribute to the success of the business. The successful candidate must have done their research on our business and be able to demonstrate an understanding of what we do and who we are.
A successful candidate must be ready to enter our fast-paced environment, contribute new ideas, as well as possess the ability to take on the following tasks without hesitation:
-Create engaging, storytelling Instagram reels showcasing Nail Order products such as gel polish, full cover tips (Xtensions), cuticle oils, etc.
-Daily posting on TikTok.
-Engage with our Facebook community.
-Respond to messages and comments across all Social Media platforms.
-Assist with planning and working on company events such as trade shows.

This job role requires a candidate with the following skills:
-Possess an eye for detail within content creation roles.
-Show a keen interest in the nail industry and our competitors. As an example, an ideal candidate would preferably be someone who enjoys getting their nails done.
-Understand the nature of B2B marketing.
-Capable of collaborating with influencers/Content Creators within the nail industry.
-Fast learner ready to absorb a plethora of knowledge surrounding nails, nail health, nail art, and nail technicians’ lifestyle.
-Excels in creative caption writing.
-Well presented, confident, and camera-ready at all times to participate in content where necessary to represent the Nail Order brand.
-Understand Social Media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
-Happy to participate in weekly homework hours, involving customer service, posting and general audience engagement.
-Positive attitude.
-Must have the ability to work alone, have their own ideas and not need micro-managed.
SMM experience: 1-2 years (preferred)
Training provided: 1 month
Probation period: 3 months
KPI’s will include weekly Monday morning meetings and monthly appraisals for the probation period.
Hours will start at 12 hours per week over 2 office days, once training is complete this will increase to 18.

The job role will involve learning all aspects of the business in order that you can fully understand what our offering is.
16 to 20 hours per week
