Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between our brand and our community.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with our audience, managing content creation, and overseeing the operation of our Social Media accounts.

Salary:
£17,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:

• Foster a vibrant and inclusive online community by actively engaging with our audience across various platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries to ensure a positive and supportive online environment
• Identify opportunities for community-building initiatives and execute strategies to enhance user interaction

Content Management:

• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise engagement

Social Media Operations:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement effective Social Media strategies
• Monitor analytics and key performance indicators to assess the success of Social Media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Content Uploads:

• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather, organise, and upload multimedia content, maintaining a cohesive online presence

Desirable skills:

• Proven understanding in community management and Social Media
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
• Familiarity with Social Media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for community building and creating positive online experiences
• Knowledge of current Social Media trends and emerging platforms, demonstrating a keen awareness of the evolving digital landscape

Personal qualities:

• Team player and strong communication skills
• Passionate about Social content/Social media creation
• Fairly independent self starter (Ability to take initiative in certain situations)

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
