Social Media Community Manager

As we expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Social Media marketer to join as a Senior Community Manager.

As the front line of Social Media management, you’ll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our audiences on a day-to-day basis, managing our influencer marketing campaigns and building client strategies.

The successful candidate will have a real passion for Social Media and be on top of all the latest trends. You’ll need excellent copywriting skills, attention to detail, time management and creative flair.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Advising on Community Management strategies and best practices
• Building a strongly committed community by using best practice techniques to engage with fans/followers
• Monitoring Social Media for relevant engagement opportunities and working alongside the creative team to react to these
• Identifying and engaging with industry influencers
• Contributing to client reports
• Staying on top of the latest Social Media trends and advising on how they can applied to our clients

The package:

We currently operate a hybrid model which requires our team to be together in the office a minimum of 3 days per week during onboarding and 2 days per week thereafter. We are based in Comberton, just outside of Cambridge which has transport links and free onsite parking.

Alongside 26 days (+ bank holidays) annual leave each year, we provide enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, enhanced sick pay, cycle to work scheme, pension scheme and the ability to opt into our private healthcare plan.

Salary band: £30k to £36k
