We are looking for a Social Media & Content Co-ordinator Resourcer / Researcher to join our Team in Central Bristol to enhance company’s online image. As the content creator you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company.
Accountabilities:
- Research and suggest newer ways to increase the target market
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
- Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic.
- Ensure that the contact is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
Main Duties;
- To support consultants in attracting suitable candidates for vacancies.
- Publish new content periodically and at a steady pace.
- Research and write content, develop the brand strategy and maintain that through the contact for consistency.
- Maintain company’s website to ensure all vacancies advertised and up to date.
- Increase traffic for Social Media sites.
- Maintain external job boards as requested.
- Support consultants in completing online applications and paperwork for specific jobs.
- Working to deadlines to ensure candidate safeguarding and clearing processes are undertaken swiftly and professionally.
- Research and develop other avenues to increase candidate attraction in the most cost effective manner for the business.
- Produce correspondence to a high standard.
- To use the information gathered from potential applicants to pass to the Consultants for business development purposes.
Person specification:
- 3 or more years of Social Media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and a thorough understanding of Social Media management and strategy.
- Ability to produce and edit video content.
- Familiarity with photography and videography for use in Social Media graphics and content.
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Ability to see sales opportunity and pass it on.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Full time hours, Monday to Friday, min. 40 hour week (8 hours per day) and any additional hour’s necessary.
