For the successful Recruitment Consultant, weare offering:
- £28,000 to £34,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure).
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm) .
- Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us!

The Role - Recruitment Consultant:
- Being part of a team that develops your client portfolio through a mixture of Business Development and New Business Sales.
- Providing a consultative approach to support our clients.
- Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
- Working collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that your roles are recruited for in an effective manner.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
- A highly motivated individual with proven recruitment experience - ESSENTIAL.
- Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
We would be interested in speaking to individuals who worked in the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and Commercial.
