Annual Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role is pivotal in developing brand awareness, supporting sales, and increasing our online reach through Social Media and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing digital content, managing Social Media campaigns, and evaluating their impact.

Day to Day of the role:
Manage and execute Social Media campaigns and daily activities, including online advocacy, writing editorial content, community outreach, and social advertising.
Maintain a strong presence on social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, responding to comments and queries.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure Social Media tools are current and effective.
Monitor Social Media performance using analytics tools, making recommendations based on data insights.
Create and deliver engaging content that aligns with the company’s campaigns and supports the Sales team.
Adapt news stories and key messages into compelling visual, text, or graphic formats for digital impact.
Implement and evolve brand guidelines across digital channels to maintain a consistent customer experience.
Design Social Media graphics, infographics, and visual collateral to support marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital media role.
Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Profound understanding of new media technologies, Social Media platforms, and digital advertising.
Knowledge of online user experience, usability, and online publishing standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for various formats.
Proficiency in Social Media scheduling/reporting platforms like Sprout Social.
Strong design aesthetics and creativity, with experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
Competence in Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills.
Full driving licence and access to a car for travel and event attendance.
