Social Media Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is Social Media obsessed; with valuable experience and a deep understanding of all core channels. We are looking for somebody ambitious and full of ideas that can ensure our social strategy is innovative, trending and on brand.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative individual to head up and take ownership of this new role. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan out and implement the medium to long term content strategy
• Ideate and execute video content from inception to final output.
• Record, direct, professionally edit, and deliver both short-form and long-form video content.
• Oversee Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Regularly produce and publish 2-3 pieces of content daily, aligning with our brand vision.
• Utilise trend analysis to optimise content strategies and increase audience engagement.
• Collaboratively work on behind-the-scenes content and document key project developments.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyse Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
• Organise and execute content collaborations with other influencers and organisations.
• Organise and lead on photo and video shoots.
• Significantly enhance organic search rankings using SEO strategies

Skills & Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience with video editing software is ideal, but not essential.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in content strategy to execution. Examples of both short-form and long-form content creation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adaptively.
• Self-motivated, with outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Video production skills would be a bonus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• 2-3 days a week (days/times to be negotiated)

£20,000-£24,000 (pro rata)

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
