Description

• Develop and execute Social Media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
• Create original, high-quality content including posts, articles, images, and videos for various Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
• Monitor Social Media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize Social Media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data for insights and optimization opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging Social Media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously improve Social Media presence.

Profile

A successful Social Media Executive should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in Social Media content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Social Media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure performance and track KPIs.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
