Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor Social Media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze key metrics and create reports on the performance of Social Media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media content with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget planning, content creation, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other Social Media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with Social Media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
