Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our exciting and fast growing team based in the Staffordshire area. Your main responsibility is to manage the Social Media strategy and drive business growth through all Social Media platforms. We want someone who is passionate, Social Media savvy, strategic and who has influencing skills, working in the fashion industry is advantageous and knowledge of Ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand
• Managing Social Media strategy and campaigns
• Managing a team
• Partnership opportunities
• Ensuring influencer activity
• Brand awareness
• Oversee content and editing
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Qualifications / Skillset

• Marketing / Business / or similar Degree
• Or Experience working in a similar Social media management role
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Management skills
• Creative and passionate
• Influencer skills / knowledge
• Deep understanding of all Social Media channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ecommerce
• Knowledge and understanding of social analytics
• Knowledge of scheduling software / sprout social / hootsuite etc
