Description

• Lead and manage the Social Media marketing team
• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase online presence and engagement
• Monitor and analyse Social Media trends and their impact on the brand
• Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content across various Social Media platforms
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
• Handle Social Media crises and negative reviews or comments
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding Social Media use
• Plan and oversee the budget for all Social Media programmes

Profile

A successful Social Media Manager should have:

• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and strategies
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team effectively
