- Lead and manage the Social Media marketing team
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase online presence and engagement
- Monitor and analyse Social Media trends and their impact on the brand
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content across various Social Media platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
- Handle Social Media crises and negative reviews or comments
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding Social Media use
- Plan and oversee the budget for all Social Media programmes
