Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging Social Media strategies across various platforms. Salary: £32,000-£36,500

Location: Flintshire area

Duration: 12 month FTC

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
• Manage and create captivating content for our client's Social Media platforms
• Monitor and analyse Social Media analytics to optimise campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practises
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Social Media strategies with overall marketing objectives
• Foster relationships with influencers and industry professionals to amplify our client's Social Media presence
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Experience with direct reports/managing a team
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of Social Media metrics and analytics tools
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
