• Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Director to deliver a comprehensive Social Media strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, proposing and implementing innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Create high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with design, photography, and videography teams.
• Manage the Social Media content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of diverse content.
• Execute organic Social Media campaigns, manage performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Work closely with in-house teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
• Use data to provide actionable insights, build performance reports, and deliver against performance metrics.

• Holistic understanding of Social Media, including content creation, advertising, influencer management, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and management tools like Linktree and Hootsuite.
• Experience in creating successful campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Social Media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
