The recruitment industry is unfit for purpose, and we are taking the industry on and fixing it. Our business development activity so far has been 100% outbound with referrals that follow from satisfied clients. Our marketing efforts are non-existent, and we want to change that. From day one we will be looking to you for ideas and a strategy for content for us to build our credibility in the market and initiate inbound leads. I should add we are realistic, and we know that this is a marathon not a sprint.
About You
- Experience managing and specializing in B2B Social Media campaigns.
- Experience working on both organic and paid campaigns.
- High level of written communication
- Comfortable operating autonomously and managing your own schedule.
- Strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded.
