Social Media Manager

We are searching for an experienced Social Media Manager for a well-respected and remarkably successful business based in beautiful South Devon.

This is an extremely significant role in which you will have responsibility for managing ALL paid social campaigns across our client's diverse brand portfolio. You will be responsible for developing Social Media content calendars, creating engaging and shareable content, and providing regular performance reports.

To be a success in this role you need to be very well-versed in the latest Social Media trends and comfortable proposing innovative ideas and strategies. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, and you will collaborate closely with Brand Marketers, as well In-house Designers, Photography and Videography teams.

• Social Media Strategy
• Content Creation and Management
• Paid Social Campaigns
• Community Engagement
• Reporting and Analytics
• Brand Collaboration
• Trend Monitoring and Industry Innovation

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a creative mindset and the ability to think creatively.
• Proficient in analytics as well as knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practice.

Please note, this role is offered on a hybrid basis. You will be required to work in the office 4 days per week and you will be able to work from home 1 day per week. This is NOT a remote role and to be considered for the position you must also have the right to work in the UK without company sponsorship.
