The Job -
My client is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Administrator to join their brand-new show room and distribution centre here in Bristol!
You will be responding to in-bound customer calls and emails, resolving any issues or queries as well as managing orders. This role has plenty of scope to evolve over time and ideally you will be a keen learner as well as being eager to get stuck in with different areas of the business such as administration relating to the logistics team.
The Person -
We are looking for applicants with a great attitude, strong work-ethic as well as being a team player. You will ideally have a background in Customer Service and administration, however training will be provided. A full, clean driving licence is beneficial.
