My client is a well-established Estate and Lettings Agent who pride themselves on offering a professional, courteous service to clients, selling and letting their homes throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Office Administrator who will be the first point of contact for a diverse array of individuals, from applicants to vendors, buyers and sellers ensuring their enquiries are handled with professionalism and warmth. Your adeptness at managing incoming calls and coordinating appointments will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of daily operations. Beyond the front desk, your role extends to providing administrative support to the office and Lettings manager.

Working hours are designed to offer a balanced lifestyle, with a schedule of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends as you please.
While previous experience in the property sector would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The agency is searching for someone with a can-do attitude, ready to learn and grow within the industry.
