The Client

Our client brings artistic flair, marketing, and modernism to estate agency. They are looking to expand their team in the Bristol area and seeking valuers with a good understanding of the Bristol market, or the quality to pick it up quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and thorough property valuations
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective marketing and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through cross-selling

Hours: Monday - Friday. Saturday's optional with a day-in-lieu.

Package:

• £20,000 - £24,000 basic
• £60,000 OTE
• Mileage cover (your own car is required)
