A high quality independent firm are looking to recruit a like-minded individual to join their Lettings team in Wiltshire as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator.

This well-established Estate Agent, have have built themselves an enviable reputation and are looking for somebody that wants to be part of a growing business.

The Duties:

-To actively participate in office meetings

-Register applicants

-Generate viewings

-Conduct viewings

-Tenancy agreements

-General administration

-Liaise with Landlords and tenants

-To ensure applicants are kept informed of new properties

The Candidate:

-Full UK Driving License!

-Negotiation Skills

-Administrative Skills

-Enthusiastic

-Extremely well presented

-Strong communication skills

-Team Player

To be considered for this position you MUST hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to your car.
