Job Description:
Are you passionate about Social Media and possess a keen eye for creating captivating content? Foco Digital is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing multiple Social Media accounts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage day-to-day Social Media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content adhering to each client's brand guidelines.
- Produce user-generated content (UGC) videos, including recording and editing, to enhance brand presence.
- Utilise client's brand materials to produce compelling creatives for digital use, such as imagery and branding for branded stories.
- Develop and implement advertising strategies across Social Media platforms to maximise reach and community engagement.
- Conduct monthly reporting on Social Media performance metrics and provide insights to optimise strategies and drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Proficiency in basic design & Content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Cap Cut)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on Social Media trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
