The Role
Dr David Jack is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage, strategize and produce high-quality social content across its social channels. As the Social Media Manager at Dr David Jack, you will be working closely with the Marketing team to ensure social is integrated into the wider marketing strategy.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and supplements, and who wants to make an impact to a growing high-end beauty brand with huge plans for growth. This is an extremely exciting time to join as we open more clinics and further develop our online offering.
Responsibilities
- Devising and implementing the Social Media content strategy for Dr David Jack, for both the clinics and online skincare brand against key KPIS of channel growth and brand awareness
- Create monthly campaign and Content plan and execute it
- Shooting and editing high-quality photo and video content to be used across our social channels. Ensuring all content is on brand, and within brand guidelines.
- Responding to comments, messages and brand mentions to ensure that audiences are engaged with and responded to in a timely manner. Also includes doing this on other relevant social accounts to create brand awareness with similar audiences
- Developing and enhance the current Social Media strategy and offering across Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitoring trends and conversations to inform the marketing team and therefore influence future planning.
- Research and seek out social brand partnerships to further grow our social channels, including working on an organic affiliate programme.
- Work on organic influencer outreach for gifting/treatment in return for UGC
- Create detailed monthly reporting on content and Social Media performance.
- Advise on any software needed for tracking analytics
Skills
- At least 3 years' experience within Social Media, from the luxury beauty or skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of social platforms inc. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
- Creative portfolios demonstrating ability to produce high-quality and high-end content across imagery and video.
- High attention to detail and excellent content skills
- Understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, and able to get under the skin of our brand, working with the marketing team to realise our objectives.
