ASSISTANT PRODUCER
STUDIO PI
THE FIFTH is an award winning influence agency with offices in London and LA.
We are specialists in influencer marketing, social strategy, content and production.

As part of our ambitious growth plans we are expanding our new, in-house creative production studio, Studio PI, giving us the opportunity to bring in an ambitious and talented Assistant Producer to help launch and grow the studio.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Budgets. Schedules. Timelines. These words are part of your regular vocabulary. That’s because you’re production, through and through, and you love playing a pivotal role in ensuring projects come in on time,on budget and on brief. Responsibilities spanning development, to planning, to on-set support, to asset management,you have some experience when it comes to scheduling and creating responsible timelines for campaigns and creative asset delivery, whilst keeping teammates updated on a regular basis. You’re a team player who knows communication and collaboration are keys to success. Of course, you’re also able to deliver on all the duties and responsibilities listed below.
In addition, as part of Studio PI’s services, we are building a network of UCG creators, to help service our client’s social content production requirements. You will play an integral part in identifying these creators and managing our relationship with them, keeping up to date with trends and current exciting creators.
This role will report to Studio PI’s UK Senior Producer.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Supporting the production team on projects - update timelines, correspond with clients, stakeholders, talent and all other crew members to schedule meetings, monitor project progress and help deliver projects.
Supporting the creative team - join creative briefs and reviews, be vocal and active in the process - contribute ideas and perspectives, take notes, communicate clear deadlines and ensure that feedback has been actioned.
Negotiating rates with talent, creators and suppliers.
Briefing UGC creators and coordinating asset delivery and sign off process with clients.
Thinking ahead to ensure everything is prepared ahead of schedule, including agenda, travel, printed material, consumables, catering, and venue.
Pull together production call sheets
Managing own time across multiple projects and running smaller projects when possible.
When needed, attending client meetings and taking notes.
Quality Control is essential to the role - ensuring all outputs are checked and meet our high standards.
Coordinating all internal, client and Studio Five photo/film shoots.
Helping with archiving of jobs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a project role in a fast-paced agency, marketing, production or creative environment.
Must be detail oriented and adept at multitasking.
Self-motivated and organised.
Solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations.
Thorough knowledge of Google product suite and Microsoft Office.
General understanding of digital, print and broadcast.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and work styles.
Interested in advertising and branded content and eager to learn by doing.
Desire to be involved in all the exciting projects in the studio.
Excellent timekeeping and prioritising skills.
Commitment to championing under-represented voices and creating campaigns with empathy.
