THE COMPANY
Our client is a full-service creative communications company, that works with some of the world’s largest organisations.
THE ROLE
As Assistant Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the Producers with the running of key client projects. On smaller projects the may also take on more of producing role, liaising directly with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting with scheduling productions and with shoot schedulers.
- Liaising with clients on logistical details on behalf of Producers.
- Crew coordination and booking logistics.
- Shoot documents – Call sheets, risk assessments and movement orders.
- Assisting on shoots.
- Location and casting search.
- Stock footage/archive research.
- Contributor handling – booking interviews, organising logistics etc.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have experience assisting in a similar field, preferably with some degree of integrated experience.
You must be solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations.
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels.
