Assistant Conference Producer role summary:
To support the Conference Producer working with editorial, sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop event content, secure high level industry speakers and deliver high quality programmes and agendas for a range of conferences, exhibitions, webinars and roundtable events.
Working with Conference Producer to:
- Research topics and develop high quality content across a range of events and related channels
- Speaker research, acquisition, and management
- Produce programmes
- Meet event KPIs and production timelines.
Requirements for this Assistant Conference Producer role:
- Strong administration skills
- Highly articulate, confident and eager to learn and develop
- Able to work from Central London offices twice a week
- 2:1 Degree (or higher)
- Strong written English
- Good research skills
