Social Media Manager | Denby | 4 day working week | Up to £35,000
We're looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join an expanding training company based in Derbyshire. Social Media is a crucial part of our clients lead generation and communication strategy, helping tell potential customers about the company (who are market leaders in what they do) as well as building engagement, loyalty and advocacy amongst a loyal customer base.
They set the bar high in terms of the quality of their strategy and content and are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to take responsibility for planning and posting all organic content and activity particularly across Youtube and Tik Tok. Sat within the marketing team, you will build a Youtube and Tik Tok strategy for maximum impact. We are looking for the successful individual to be as creative and able to deliver as they are able to build the strategy. With a good understanding of how Youtube and Tik Tok work, you will map out the audience and develop a content plan that will hit the mark. Analytics also plays a big part in this role and measuring results to see how the platforms can evolve for the brand.
You will need/be...
Specific experience running and growing Social Media channels, with proven results and able to demonstrate capabilities in Social Media strategy, content planning and delivery - particularly with YouTube and Tik Tok.
All over upcoming trends and themes we should be jumping on, understanding constraints and benefits of each platform, constantly adapting the Social Media strategy for max. impact and ROI. You’ll feel really confident in how the algorithms work, how they are changing and you’ll know how to get the best organic results.
Hands on with using Social Media analytics and reporting tools to analyse channel and campaign performance, to drive actionable insights and optimisation.
A whizz at building content in-app, and understanding what works best.
A creative eye and experience capturing content for Social Media.
Happy to put your face on camera, to show the human side of our business, and record voice overs.
Understand paid / performance marketing and how it optimises with organic.
Work quickly, efficiently, a real “can do” way of working.
Resourceful, and happy managing a budget.
A real team player - working alongside the rest of the marketing team and support them deliver content.
