Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Competitive Salary £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, FTE
Location: Leamington Spa, one day per fortnight in our office, remote location
You will be working with the Director of Brand and Offer and other team members, undertaking all online promotional activity, alongside supporting our successful events calendar (Performance Hub). You will be responsible for planning and creating content for the company's digital marketing channels and campaigns
Day To Day Duties:

• Creating engaging digital content that increases engagement and enhances the company's online brand in line with brand image
• Creating an engaging Social Media schedule in line with the business marketing planCreating SEO friendly
• Content for the company's website and LinkedIn pages
• Executing the company's digital marketing campaigns
• Supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of the annual calendar of Performance Hub events
• Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases

About You:
You will be interested in people and performance - and intrigued by elite sport and human development. You will be confident and expert in LinkedIn, Canva and Microsoft. You're a self-motivated remote worker, with an understanding of Google Analytics, and ideally be familiar with Buffer and Trello. You're looking to work in a team, and enjoy social interactions and connection time, but also value having clear individual responsibilities and expectations.
