We are looking to recruit their brand-new Social Media Marketing Executive to take the lead and execute in shaping the future of their brands and online presence! This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45k, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and some incredible benefits too! We are on the hunt for an engaging, enthusiastic, and highly driven Social Media Marketing Executive with the X-Factor! You will need to be a very creative marketer who can bring ideas to life! Someone passionate has an eye for detail, and will relish taking control of all aspects of the company’s Social Media.

For this Social Media Marketing Executive role we'd love to see CVs from people who:

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Social Media Marketing role, preferably with experience managing multiple brands and adapting distinct tones of voice.
• Can confidently propose and share fresh, innovative ideas, and work collaboratively to bring these ideas to life.
• Are highly organised, have excellent planning skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Are experienced  in creating and editing engaging photo and video content tailored for across all social  platforms
• Excel in analytics,  skilled in monitoring and analysing Social Media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Produce engaging, high-quality content, including photos and videos, tailored for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyse Social Media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Plan, implement, and manage paid Social Media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
• Work closely with internal teams (and external agencies) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
• Keep current with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the company’s Social Media strategies.
