As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of The Winsor, leading a team of Care professionals and with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.

Where you’ll work
The team tailors activities to the residents’ very specialist needs. Family members and loved ones are embraced into the heart of the home and actively take part in activities and events. Every week children from Cheeky Cherubs, a nursery and pre-school in Minehead come to the nursing home to spend time enjoying activities with the residents. Whether making cakes, creating insect-themed hats or celebrating the royal wedding, the time they spend here is very special and the residents really look forward to their visits. Residents also love to take part in cheese and wine and cider evenings hosted at The Winsor, as well as indulging with the occasional chocolate fountain. The team also prepares fresh smoothies daily with our residents’ favourite fruits.
You will have previous experience in a nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
