Linq Healthcare are working with a leading organisation specialising in providing young people's residential care and education . They are seeking an expereinced Home Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager to come onboard and join the senior management team. This role requires 2 years experience managing Ofsted homes previously.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Senior Manager team.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver quality therapeutic care.
- Meeting specific KPI's and business targets are achieved.
- Provide leadership to the Registered Managers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts
- Conduct regular meetings with regional supervisors to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of managing an ofsted home with good or above rating.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Dimploma for childrens and young peoples workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and young people's services.
- UK full driving license
