We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Manager and Content Creatorwho is proficient in video editing and production, has a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling and experience of creating and optimising content across diverse Social Media platforms.

Working as the Social Media Marketing Manager and Content Creator you will be responsible for crafting captivating content and managing the organisation’s online presence across various platforms.

From developing strategic campaigns to fostering community engagement, the Social Media Marketing Manager and Content Creator will play a pivotal role in amplifying the brand voice and driving meaningful connections with audiences.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Social Media Marketing Manager and Content Creator will include:

• Develop and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms

• Manage daily Social Media activities including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction

• Train and support Social Media ambassadors in schools to generate and maintain content

• Create diverse multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics to convey the Trust's mission effectively

• Analyse Social Media performance, suggest improvements, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in video editing and production with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or similar tools

• Skilled in creating and optimizing content across diverse Social Media platforms

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling

• Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven decision-making, alongside the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
