Salary Pyramid8 are working with a well-established, training services company that specialise in apprenticeships within early years settings. They were founded over a 15 years ago, and due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced Social Media Content Specialist to join their team. This organisation is award winning, have an outstanding USP above their competitors and currently provide a robust marketing process which is rolled out in a 12-week cycle to support their sales team. This organisation pride themselves on how they look after their employees and provide a fantastic benefit package, within their team they have 4 employees who have each been employed within the business for 10 years.
This role is 2 days working in the office and 3 from home. You will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy and forward planning the roll out on Social Media. You will be supported by 2 video content employees, and you will closely with the Director to plan the marketing strategy. They are looking for an experienced Social Media content creator with proven experience of managing multiple aspects within an organisation. This strategy will increase our clients online presence and in turn improve their marketing and sales.
Key deliverables
* Manage Social Media content and work with internal and external stakeholders
* Measure Social Media campaigns and success
* Support the team who create the video-based content with ideas and guidance
* Roll out advertising campaigns
* Create a robust Social Media presence on new and existing Social Media channels
* Analyse marketing data and trends and produce reports monthly
Skills & Experience
* A proven track record in marketing and Social Media strategies
* Social media platforms and a good understanding of Social Media KPIs
* A clear understanding of marketing strategies
* Familiarity with web design and publishing
* Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, data analysis and report writing
* Adobe Creative Cloud and Graphic Design skills
* Adobe Premiere Pro, After Affects, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, In-Design, Animate
