As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand through strategic Social Media initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist who is passionate about plumbing and heating to manage our Social Media presence and engage with our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Social Media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating engaging content tailored to our industry.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement within the plumbing and heating industry.

· Create and curate compelling content, including customer testimonials, to showcase our expertise and services across various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

· Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends, relevant discussions, and customer inquiries, and respond promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

· Manage Social Media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging Social Media trends, tools, and best practices in the plumbing and heating industry to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably within the plumbing and heating industry or a related field.

· In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with a focus on creating engaging content for specific target audiences.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible and compelling manner.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret Social Media metrics and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation, including graphic design and video editing skills.

· Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
