Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist and Presenter to develop and execute engaging Social Media campaigns, produce high-quality video content, and represent our brand with charisma on camera. This individual will be responsible for growing our online presence, fostering audience engagement, and delivering compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Maintain a Social Media calendar, scheduling engaging and timely content.
- Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, fostering brand loyalty
- Track and analyze Social Media metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay ahead of emerging Social Media trends and platforms.
Video Content Creation and Presentation:
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ideas for various Social Media platforms.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, including product demonstrations, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Present on camera with confidence and enthusiasm, showcasing products, and delivering key brand messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall campaign strategies.
Community Management:
- Build and nurture a strong online community by actively engaging with followers.
- Run contests, giveaways, and other interactive campaigns to boost engagement.
- Manage online reputation and address any negative feedback in a professional manner.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage both Social Media and video.
- Partner with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media management.
- Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling Social Media copy.
- Experience with video production, including filming, editing, and basic motion graphics.
- On-camera presentation experience is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Social Media campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with Social Media management tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Morning Shifts : 16 to 20 hours per week, 4 days per week. (Mon to Thu)
PAY RATE:
£12 per hour day shift (9:30 AM to 1:30 PM)
Expected start date: Mar-2024
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
