The Social Media team is a core part of a global Newsroom in corporate communications, acting as the eyes and ears of the bank on social and creating compelling content that enhances the bank's reputation. You will bring words, photos and video together in content that is tailor made for specific channels and you constantly measure the performance of content to further improve its engagement. You will work closely with the team in Frankfurt and act as a Social Media key contact with communications colleagues in London.

- Creating Social Media posts, blending words, photos, videos for corporate and executive channels in close collaboration with colleagues in communications and beyond
- Managing the communities on all Social Media channels of the bank (commenting, linking, engaging with users)
- Coordinating with colleagues globally on social texting, flagging dangers as well as opportunities
- Analysing posting performance, propose measures for improvements and conduct regular channel reviews
- Maintaining close contact with the Newsroom and Social Media team in Frankfurt, which you will be an integral part of
- Acting as key contact in the United Kingdom on Social Media topics and provide advice to business partners
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- Experience working in corporate communications, or a related field, and preferably with a focus on Social Media communication
- You have demonstrated skills, experience and talents in Social Media (either through past work or volunteering experience or personal Social Media channels)
- Strong writing and visual skills; audio and podcast editing experience a plus
- Training and development to help you excel in your career
