Social and Digital Strategy Consultant
Our multi-award-winning client work with global powerhouse brands on ground-breaking campaigns. They’re looking for an experienced team player join them and help develop and deliver social and digital strategies, helping to grow their clients’ business on a variety online and social channels. This is a great chance to play a key role in social and digital strategy, and go-to-market campaigns, and to help shape core strategic capabilities.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
Day to day working with a set portfolio of clients in exciting industries, partnering with the insight, creative & delivery teams to deliver campaigns, paid media and partnership strategies that are on-brand.
· Own the creation and development of social strategies and campaigns
- Lead delivery of Social Media campaigns for owned client comms
- Develop end-to-end social and digital strategies for client and agency comms
- Collaboration with creative team on ideation, ensuring a social first approach on all ideas
- Lead client account Social Media content management
- Collaborate with measurement team on KPI setting across all digital/social campaigns
- Ownership of paid media and partnership campaign plans
- Identify opportunities to increase client spend and pitch for new business within paid media and partnerships
- Contribute to thought pieces both internally and externally across all clients –
Tasks:
- Social and digital comms strategy creation in the form of client facing presentations
- Social media campaign delivery (where necessary)
- Collaboration on measurement setting across key campaigns
- Paid media campaign delivery; owned and client
- Creating plans for online content, recommending types, channels and formats
- Working collaboratively with influencer team to help define influencer criteria for social and digital campaign strategies
Skills & Experience:
- Team player attitude
- Excellent social platform knowledge
- Understanding of Paid Social advertising campaign management and optimisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
- Excellent organisation skills and time management
- Interest in and aptitude for developing paid media and partnership strategy solutions practices across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.
- Experience in forecasting KPIs for social campaigns
- Analysing reports for future strategy development
