Social Worker

Are you a qualified Social Worker? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a hospital discharge team? Are you passionate about benefiting and improving the well being of individuals? The opportunity is here to join the hospital discharge team in Falkirk, a team that effectively helps individuals in need. The role is offering a minimum of 3 months and an hourly rate up to £35/hour.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Report Writing
• Working with adults and elderly people
• Carrying out assessments and reviews
• Developing care plans
• Managing personal caseload

Job requirements:

• Social work degree or equivalent
• Member of the PVG scheme
• Registered with Scotland Social Service Council (SSSC)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Capable of working as part of a team or independently where required
• Hospital experience
